Shipping Policy
Processing times
Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. postal holidays.

Ready-to-ship items, including soap bars and other in-stock products, typically ship on the next business day after an order is placed.

Made-to-order items, including tallow body butter, are prepared and shipped within 3 business days.

If an order includes both ready-to-ship and made-to-order products, the entire order will generally ship together once the made-to-order item is ready.
Domestic shipping (United States)
U.S. orders ship via USPS Ground Advantage. Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on package weight and destination.
International shipping
We ship to select international destinations. Available countries and their shipping methods are shown at checkout.
International orders are sent via the carrier selected at checkout (for example, UPS). Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on package weight and destination.
International customers are responsible for any applicable duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, customs charges, or other fees assessed by their country's authorities or the carrier. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost unless explicitly stated at checkout.
Tracking and delivery
You will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking information once your order has shipped.
Estimated delivery dates are provided by USPS or UPS and begin after the order has been shipped; they do not include the processing time listed above. Delivery times can vary due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, customs processing, and other circumstances outside our control. International shipments may take longer while clearing customs.
Address accuracy
Please review your shipping address carefully before placing an order. Address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been processed or shipped.
If an order is returned because of an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping costs required to resend the package.
Warm-weather products
Tallow body butter and other heat-sensitive products may soften or melt during warm weather or if left outdoors after delivery. Please retrieve your package promptly after delivery and bring it indoors. We are not responsible for melting, softening, or texture changes caused by heat exposure after delivery.
