Welcome to Bluebonnet Garden Naturals. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Bluebonnet Garden Naturals website and your purchase of products from us. By accessing our website, creating an account, placing an order, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms.

About Bluebonnet Garden Naturals

Bluebonnet Garden Naturals is a veteran-owned small business based in South Central Texas, USA. We create handmade personal-care products, including artisan soap, body butter, deodorant, balms, and related bath and body products.

Because our products are handmade in small batches, natural variations in color, scent, texture, shape, weight, design, and appearance may occur. These variations are a normal part of handcrafted goods and do not constitute a defect.

Product Information and Ingredients

We make every effort to provide accurate product descriptions, ingredient lists, photographs, pricing, and availability information. However, we cannot guarantee that all website content is complete, current, or error-free. Product photos are intended to represent the general appearance of an item; colors may appear differently depending on your screen, lighting, and the natural characteristics of handmade products.

Please read each product’s ingredient list carefully before purchase. Our products may contain or be produced in a workspace that handles ingredients such as nut oils, coconut oil, shea butter, essential oils, fragrance oils, beeswax, tallow, botanical ingredients, clays, colorants, and other common cosmetic ingredients.

If you have an allergy, sensitivity, medical condition, or concern about a particular ingredient, please contact us before ordering. We cannot guarantee that any product is free from all allergens or cross-contact.

Personal-Care Disclaimer

Our products are intended for external personal-care use only unless the product label specifically states otherwise. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.

Individual results and skin responses vary. We recommend performing a patch test before full use, particularly if you have sensitive skin or a history of allergies. Discontinue use immediately if irritation, redness, discomfort, or another adverse reaction occurs. If you are pregnant, nursing, under medical care, or have a medical condition, consult a qualified healthcare professional before using products containing essential oils, fragrance oils, or other ingredients that may be of concern to you.

Keep products out of reach of children and pets. Do not ingest products. Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes. If product enters the eyes, rinse thoroughly with water. Seek medical attention or contact Poison Control if a product is swallowed or a serious reaction occurs.

Orders, Pricing, and Payment

All prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Prices, promotions, product offerings, and availability may change at any time without notice.

By placing an order, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order for reasons including, but not limited to:

Product availability or inventory limitations.
Errors in pricing, product descriptions, or website information.
Suspected fraud, unauthorized transactions, or misuse of promotions.
Orders that appear to be placed for resale without prior approval.
Failure to comply with these Terms.

If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, we will issue a refund to the original method of payment for the amount charged for the cancelled item(s).

Handmade and Made-to-Order Products

Some items are made to order, including certain body-care products. The processing time listed on the applicable product page or in our Shipping Policy is an estimate and may vary during busy seasons, product launches, extreme weather, holidays, or other circumstances.

If your order contains both ready-to-ship and made-to-order items, items may ship together once all products are ready unless otherwise arranged. We may contact you if a substantial delay is expected.

Shipping and Delivery

Shipping procedures, processing times, carrier information, tracking, address requirements, and warm-weather considerations are governed by our separate Shipping Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

At the time of publication, U.S. orders ship through USPS Ground Advantage, while Canadian orders ship through UPS. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on package weight and destination. Canadian customers are responsible for applicable customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and other import-related charges unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Please enter a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for delays, loss, return, or additional reshipment costs caused by an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address provided by the customer.

Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery timing and carrier handling are outside our control. We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, holidays, customs, carrier disruptions, or other events beyond our reasonable control.

Heat-Sensitive Products

Some products, including whipped tallow body butter, may soften, melt, separate, or change texture when exposed to high temperatures. This is especially important during Texas summers and when shipments are left outside, in mailboxes, on porches, or in other warm environments.

Please arrange to retrieve your package promptly after delivery. Heat-related softening or texture changes that occur after delivery do not make the product unsafe or unusable, but may affect its appearance. We are not responsible for heat-related changes caused by transit conditions or by packages left outside after delivery.

Returns, Refunds, and Damaged Orders

Our separate Refund Policy governs returns, exchanges, damaged items, order concerns, and eligible refunds. By placing an order, you agree to review and comply with that policy.

Because many of our products are personal-care items, we may be unable to accept returns of opened, used, or altered products for health and safety reasons. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us promptly with your order number and clear photographs of the item, packaging, and shipping label so we can review the issue and work toward a resolution.

Gift Cards

Gift cards are subject to the terms shown at the time of purchase. Gift cards are nonrefundable, may not be redeemed for cash except where required by law, and may not be resold. Bluebonnet Garden Naturals is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or unauthorized use of gift cards once they have been delivered. Gift cards are available through our website.

Promotions and Loyalty Rewards

Promotional codes, sale prices, reward points, loyalty benefits, giveaways, and other special offers are subject to the terms presented with each offer. Unless expressly stated otherwise, promotions cannot be combined, applied to previous purchases, redeemed for cash, or transferred.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or end a promotion or loyalty program at any time, including the availability, expiration, redemption value, earning rate, or eligibility requirements for any reward. Any misuse, fraud, manipulation, or attempted abuse of a promotion or rewards program may result in cancellation of points, rewards, orders, or account access.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including text, product names, descriptions, photographs, graphics, logos, branding, designs, recipes as expressed on the site, and other materials—is the property of Bluebonnet Garden Naturals or its content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
